Centre Director

With over 23 years in the Early Years industry, I have developed a strong passion for building meaningful relationships with children, families, and educators.

Lead Educator Toddler 1

I have been working in Early Childhood for three years, and have recently completed my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Lead Educator Toddler 2

I have always been interested in working in Early Learning, and after my first nephew was born, I knew this was my passion. I have now been in the industry for 4 years and have enjoyed working in local centres and a Melbourne centre.

Lead Educator Nursery 1

I specialise in working with babies, offering a gentle, responsive approach that supports their early development and wellbeing.

Lead Educator Nursery 2

I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and have worked in the early childhood sector for nine years. Becoming a mum is what truly inspired my passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive.

Hi, my name is Alicia. I began working in the Early Childhood sector after finishing high school and quickly developed a passion for learning and supporting children.

I am working towards my certificate III in early childhood and care, because I am passionate about supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing. I enjoy making safe and positive surroundings where children feel confident to explore and grow.

My family and I recently moved to beautiful Mansfield, and I was really excited to hear about a brand new centre opening in town.

Chef

I have been a chef for 11 years, working across and gaining knowledge and skills in a variety of venues and kitchens. I truly believe that food and music bring people together, no matter where you come from.

This year is my first year in the childcare sector and I am so excited to start my journey with the MEL team. I am currently studding for my certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education.

I’ve been working in early childhood education for the past 5 years and hold my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

I have my certificate 3 in early years education and care. I have been working in the industry for 8 years, getting experience from different centres, including working with an early education agency in Melbourne.

I began my journey in Early Years as a school based apprentice and loved it so much I started fulltime! I now share my passions between Primary School aged children and being apart of the team here two days per week.

My passion for teaching began over 10 years ago when I first entered the Early Childhood Education sector. I have a Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood - Birth to 8 years).

I have worked in many early childhood settings, including kinders and long day care. I am very excited to be working at Mansfield Early Learning. I enjoy creating strong relationships with the children and their families.

I have recently moved back to Mansfield after living in the Northern Territory and am really enjoying being back home. I love being part of the team and contributing to a supportive and positive environment for children, families, and educators.

With a background in beauty therapy, I have always had a passion for working with children and have now begun my career in Early Childhood Education.

After taking a long break from the Early Childhood industry, I have returned with a renewed passion for working with children. An opportunity to join such a beautiful new centre has sparked that passion again, and I am excited to be back doing what I love.

I have a strong passion for mindfulness and building meaningful connections with animals and the natural world. I enjoy guiding simple meditations and calming practices to support children’s wellbeing, helping them feel grounded, relaxed, and connected.

Having recently completed my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. I am very grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow within such a welcoming and supportive environment.

Resident Furry Friend

Hi, I’m Meika! I spend my days making sure everyone at the centre feels happy, safe and welcomed (tail wags guaranteed). I love greeting little faces in the morning, hanging out during playtime, and being close by for cuddles whenever someone needs a bit of comfort.

Kitchen Hand

As a kitchen hand, I enjoy being part of the daily rhythm of the centre and interacting with the children during meal times. I take pride in helping create a warm and positive mealtime experience where children feel happy, included, and supported.
